Nadja is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) and has been studying with Senior Iyengar Teacher Patricia Walden for 20 years. She became an Iyengar yoga teacher because the precision of the method helped her body to feel more aligned and her mind to find glimpses of quiet. Nadja fell in love with the method and wanted to share it with other students of yoga.

I've had trouble sleeping for many years now. I would wake up in the middle of the night and stay awake for an hour or two. I started using Sleep Recovery this past summer and it has helped me so much! I can stay asleep through the night and even if I wake up, I can usually fall back asleep quickly.
